Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, service terminations, refunds, usage-based charges, professional services, and related billing matters are handled by Client Harbor.
By purchasing or using Client Harbor services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscription Services
Client Harbor provides software, technology, communication, automation, educational, and related business services through recurring subscription plans.
Subscription access is provided for the billing period selected during signup and remains active until canceled by the customer or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the appropriate account management process, billing portal, or by contacting Client Harbor support.
Cancellation of a subscription will stop future recurring billing but does not automatically generate a refund for charges already incurred.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
No Partial-Month Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
No refunds or credits will be provided for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused platform access
- Reduced usage
- Account inactivity
- Failure to use available features
- Customer business closures
Customers are responsible for canceling services before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue service.
Free Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered, customers may cancel before the trial expires to avoid subscription charges.
Failure to cancel prior to the end of the trial period may result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription and the applicable charges.
Customers are responsible for monitoring trial expiration dates.
Usage-Based Services
Certain services are billed based on actual usage.
Examples may include:
- SMS messaging
- MMS messaging
- Phone calls
- Email delivery
- AI-related services
- Third-party communication services
- Other metered resources
Because these services are consumed in real time, usage-based charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Please refer to the Usage-Based Billing Policy for additional information.
Professional Services and Work Packages
Client Harbor may offer professional services, consulting, implementation assistance, training, onboarding, account setup, custom configuration, or work package services.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Fees for completed services are non-refundable.
- Fees for partially completed projects may be non-refundable for work already performed.
- Scheduled consulting or training sessions may be subject to rescheduling requirements.
Professional service engagements involve the allocation of personnel and resources and therefore may not be eligible for refunds once work has commenced.
Training Programs and Educational Content
Access fees paid for training programs, educational resources, advanced tutorials, workshops, coaching sessions, or premium content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions, if any, shall be determined solely by Client Harbor.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Client Harbor before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid charge, Client Harbor reserves the right to:
- Suspend account access
- Restrict services
- Recover associated fees and costs
- Terminate services
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
Failed Payments
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, Client Harbor may:
- Retry payment collection
- Suspend services
- Restrict account functionality
- Terminate access for nonpayment
Service interruptions resulting from failed payments do not create entitlement to refunds.
Account Termination by Customer
Customers may terminate their account at any time by canceling active subscriptions and requesting account closure if desired.
Termination of an account does not relieve the customer of responsibility for:
- Outstanding balances
- Usage-based charges
- Previously incurred fees
- Professional service fees
All outstanding amounts remain due and payable.
Account Termination by Client Harbor
Client Harbor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of platform policies
- Nonpayment
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of services
- Compliance violations
- Security concerns
Termination resulting from policy violations generally does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Refund Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Client Harbor.
Approval of one refund request does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
Any exceptions granted shall not modify this policy for other customers or transactions.
Pricing Changes
Client Harbor reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, service offerings, and billing structures at any time.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not create entitlement to refunds for prior billing periods.
Continued use of services after pricing changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Limitation of Liability
Client Harbor shall not be liable for any losses, damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or other claims arising from:
- Service cancellation
- Account suspension
- Refund denials
- Payment disputes
- Subscription termination
The customer's sole remedy regarding billing disputes shall be limited to the procedures outlined in this policy.
